MRB Lab products are sold through Envato Market (CodeCanyon). Refund requests are handled according to Envato's refund policy and our item-specific terms. Please read the following before requesting a refund.

2. Envato's buyer guarantee

Envato offers a buyer guarantee that may allow you to request a refund in certain circumstances. Eligibility and process are determined by Envato. You can find their current refund/guarantee policy on the Envato website (e.g. help.envato.com).

3. Before requesting a refund

We encourage you to contact our support first if you have technical issues or the product doesn't meet your expectations. Many issues can be resolved through documentation, updates, or our support team. Use the support tab on the item's CodeCanyon page or email contact@mrb-lab.com. We aim to respond promptly and help you get the most out of your purchase.

4. How to request a refund

Refund requests for purchases made on CodeCanyon must be submitted through Envato's system (e.g. from your Envato account or their help center). We cannot process refunds directly. Envato will review your request according to their policy and may consult with us as the author.

5. Custom work and installation services

For installation or customization services purchased separately, terms will be specified at the time of purchase. Any refunds for such services are subject to the agreement you have with us for that service.
