  • Is there any additional or hidden cost after purchase?

    No. The installation fee is a one-time payment. There are no extra or hidden costs unless you request additional custom work beyond the plan scope.

  • Do I need to buy the app first?

    Yes. You must purchase the product (app) on CodeCanyon first. The installation service is for setting up and configuring the app you already own. We do not provide the app code as part of the installation plan.

  • How long does installation take?

    Installation and configuration process time is between 3 to 5 business days after getting all of the information from the client. The duration may extended if the customer can’t provide the required information within time.

  • What do I need to provide?

    You will need to provide (1) access to your backend/Firebase or WordPress site if applicable, (2) app name, logo, and any branding preferences, and (3) any specific content or structure you want pre-configured. We will provide a detailed checklist of the information we need to get started.

  • Do I need Google Play Console and iOS Developer Account to upload apps?

    Yes. An Google Play Console account is required to upload your android app and an iOS Developer Account is required to upload your iOS app. We will upload your apps to your accounts.

  • Will you provide the customized code after Installation?

    Yes, we will provide the customized code after the installation is complete.
